Hi there

We have an odd little room into which we would like to squeeze a sink, drainer and kitchen units. The room is long, but quite narrow (1.1m wide).

Are there sinks/units that will fit without us having to edge our way into the room with our backs to the opposite wall?

I have seen some shallow units at 300mm somewhere (cant recall where) but I am having a hard time picturing a sink/drainer that narrow.

Any ideas?

You could use wall units which are not as deep as base units. Just add some legs/plinths.

hmm, interesting thought. Will run it by the designer half of the household. Thanks

I managed to get a boat sink with a normal size waste off ebay when I needed to fit a sink in a small space.

As for the units you could make a frame then sit wall units on it, they're the same height and take the same doors as base units but not as deep. Just need a bit of creative bracketry to keep them stable.
