Advice on instant hot water heater choice for a kitchen

Am I looking for a wonder device that doesnt exist? I would like an instant hot water heater to go under the sink in my kitchen, which can use he existing monobloc taps, and which gives a decent supply of water at about 55 deg C for a bowl of washing up.

Can you recommend a unit that doesnt take up a full cupboard, as space is tight?

They do exist, you have to be qualified to fit them though if they are unvented

need a good power supply. same as what an electric shower would need.
