do you have in mind boundaries and non-flammable materials?

I'm unsure what you mean by this, mate.
Remember, you're dealing with a bit of a noob here

Edit. Done some reading and I see what you meant.....kinda.
The building will be block and brick construction with fire doors/fireline plaster boards etc etc and as you can see on the diagram above it will touch the boundaries of the plot on three sides.

If you can ecuse the fact that it looks like a child drew this, I've roughly sketched up the layout of the plot.
The existing garage is made up of preformed concrete panels, so it shouldn't be to difficult to take down, and the new garage/office will be brick and block.
