Advice on possible condensation around spot lights and velux windows on new extension

Hi all new extension been built single story wonder some advice have some wet/damp patches around spot light the room has not been heated yet
this have appeared when not raining so can’t be down to leaks and only on one side?

Also around velux windows wet gathering in corners have been told this is down to condensation is someone able to advice please

Condensation issues will be down to poor installation detailing.
