Advice on removing my chimney breast.

Hello, i am after advice on removing my chimney breast from the ground up to the loft. will i need planning permission or just building regs? the stack will be supported by steel once the chimney is out.

any idea how much building regs/ planning costs?

any info would be greatly appreciated thanks!
