I've got an interview next week. Don't want to go mad and rush out and buy new clothes if it ain't necessary. I've got a perfectly decent double breasted suit in the wardobe. Are these still fairly fashionable or should I look for something a bit more up to date?

O.K. Point taken. Looks like I'm out shopping tomorrow.

get yourself to M&S for decent cheapish suits.
for an interview get a dark plain or with a light pin stripe and a white shirt with a tie that is not to fussy and definitely not of the novelty persuasion.

PS: Sorry gigi73; they don't sell Smartprice chipboard.

All sorted now. New suit, shirt and tie from Burtons. Just need some whitener for me sandshoes now.
