Are the Dual gripper rods for both wood and concrete?

Or do I have to buy separate for wood and seperate for screeded floor?

Thanks

It's usually the fixing nails that make the difference, pre nailed for wood or concrete subfloors.

I always use zinc pins for wood and masonary for conc dont rate the duel gripper pins are too fat for boards.. And when grippering conc floors I always use morleys fast setting gripper adhiesive as well as pins and if I cant get a pin in that stuff grabs it and you can fit on it within an hour..

dual gripper is indeed meant to be suitable for both wooden and concrete floors.

But ..........its useless and fitters hate it

nest is correct - it is better to "glue" gripper to concrete floors ( saves spiking hidden wires and pipes) - it gives a more secure fixing too

traditionally gripper is where the retailer makes up the profit he loses by discounting your carpets! or offering free fitting!
