Advise on this tree please.

This is my Pear Tree. It's way to big but am unsure where to start pruning it. Any advise will be great

I understand it's not the best time of year to prune a pear tree but of I do do it now will there be any long term consequences?

I know they say prune between November and March, but I can gains anywhere what would happen if I pruned now?

If you pruned now, you may leave the tree open to diseases, especially in this shyte weather.
