aerating tap Q

Bought one of these very cheap of ebay for a bathroom sink but am now thinking that it must be part of a faulty batch hence the price, -it foams maybe once every 8 or so times.
Is there an air inlet hole that i should be checking for somewhere?

I know nothing about that particular item but it just goes to show that buying cheap on Ebay is not always a good deal.

Why dont you complain to the manufacturer and get them to replace it under their guarantee ( if any ).

Of course the traditional con is to buy one legitimately and then return the dogey Ebay one to the manufacturer/supplier for a refund!!!!!!!

Of course that may mean a trip to China but it would be a nice holiday.

its a 20 quid knock off a 200 quid tap, looks buff and is well nang in the style department ...

sure the foams a bit hit and miss but I wasnt gonna spend 200 quid on foam anyhow...
and i dont even mind if it blows up and floods the place cos it's in a wet room
