Aerial Mast to breeze/cinder block.

I am looking for a way to attach a K and a T Bracket to a cinder/breeze block wall in order to mount a 2" 15' aerial mast. I am worried that rawl plugs etc will not provide a secure enough anchor.

BTW I do not have access to the other side of the wall.

Would resin be suitable?

The mast is being used to grow hops so whilst no aerial/dish there would be 4 vines growing up to the top via guy ropes.

If the blocks are solid you can use plastic plugs.
If the blocks are hollow, you'd need to fill the air gap with resin then redrill and use plastic plugs.

All-metal "Rawlplugs" will crack the block.
