ages fro hot water to flow through tap

Can anyone tell me why it takes about a minute for hot water to come through the hot tab in our bathroom first thin in the morning.
Every other hot tap in the house take about 5 seconds to flow through hot.
The bathroom is about 20 foor from the how water cylinder, dunno if this is the reason.

How long does the basin tap take ? And is the bath tap a mixer type ?

The basin tap in the bathroom takes around the same time to flow hot as the bath taps, all taps are normal taps and not mixer taps.
