I have a customer with an internal toilet fitted to a 1.5m SVP with an air admittance valve on top ,the push on type with a rubber boot and not solvent welded.
The trouble is the pan keeps backing up but when i remove the rubber boot or the valve the pan clears .
Is there anything on the market that would solve this problem.

Drainage firms have been but failed. and i have tried 2 types of air admittance valves.

Thanks for any replies

an open vent will solve it ;) the local water co . clear drains now -they have adopted a lot more of the runs  there is probably a blockage further down - it`s a common problem on the forum -
