Has anyone used a domestic one of these?

Got some building work going on at home & the builders are now taking a break for Xmas & I wanted to use one of these to help take some of the remaining dust out of the air.

Pretty useless for what you require, better off going around with a damp cloth to pick up dust several times a day.
