Hello all . not sure if this is the correct section so please move if not . My question is about air vents , we have a wood burning stove in our main room , and would like to vent some of this heat up onto our landing area, the layout of the house would allow for a vent in the top of the main room wall , which would vent onto the floor of the landing .
I would like some type of fire safe vent , so does anybody know of a vent that may close if there is a fire downstairs to stop it spreading upstairs .
Thank you for reading this and any help in either a product that i maybe able to use or a way around the problem .
