Airbrick below ground level, and damp wall inside

Why do you think that you need to do anything? What's the actual problem it is causing?

damp patches on the wall inside mate, going to repoint the wall also but figured the air brick was not helping

haha yeah was probably the flash on first one, again any suggestions on what ive mentioned so far would be appreciated thanks in advance.
 
When that concrete was put down they were too lazy to dig out what was there first. You could now excavate and re-do it at the original lower level. That may or may not solve your problem though. Some pics of the inside might give a clue to the more experience people here.

How much space is there under the floor there? Any access to get in and crawl around? (Borrow a small child if necessary.)

pretty small space 2bh haha like the child idea though heres a picture of damp inside

Thought before might have been old window but have had new one fitted and sealed by safe style
