I've replaced an Aidelle AirFlow 01Loovent Mk 2A with an Airflow Loovent Mk3 and it doesn't work. After reading the posts I've changed a low energy light bulb for an old type but the fan still isn't working. The old wiring was trigger YELLOW, live RED, neutral BLUE, and earth. The new wiring is earth, live RED, trigger YELLOW, neutral BLUE. If it makes any difference the switch is a pull one. Any ideas before I ring Airflow, thanks.

Using your two-probe voltage tester, or multimeter.
Make sure there is voltage between blue and red all of the time, and between blue and yellow when the switch is operated.

Thank you TTC,

Before your message, I phoned Airflow for advice and the guy I spoke to told me to disconnect the earth wire as it was not required. I did this after which the fan still didn't work however, in desperation I fiddled with the module and the fan started. Whether after removing the earth fiddling with the module was necessary to reset something I don't know, but anyway my experience may be of value to someone else.
