Alarm box and sounder sound twice on set

Every time i set the alarm the Bell box and sounder beep twice (not good for the neighbours) if i do part silent no noise. any ideas anyone

Galaxy flex 100. everything worked well before i flashed the firmware. So its just a setting i need to access on the keypad to get it back to how it was before.

guessing it is a default value on the new firmware?
Don't do Galaxy as a rule so its refer to manual and galaxyguy is the expert here

Sounds like you have the external siren set to horn and not bell. That's not a default. The new firmware doesn't have any different defaults, so it sounds like configuration error.
