Albion 2 element tank

Hi
Can any one let me know which of the 2 heating elements in a Albion hot water tank is the Econ 7 element ( top or bottom)and which is the top up (override) element ( top or bottom)

At the moment it seems that the Econ 7 is the top element and bottom one is the top (override) ..

should be eco 7 night rate at bottom and boost day rate at top.

sometimes people change them around when the element gos instead of changing element.
