Before I commit to having a new floor put down, can someone tell me exactly what materials I would need as I want to make sure I can afford it.
Obviously the Engineered Wood, but what else - underlay type product?
Does the flooring get put down over the top of the original floorboards?
Should the method be floating floor or secret nailing? Apparently a gun can be hired for the nailing?
