All radiators are cold

Can anyone give me some advice please.

All the radiators are cold. It would appear that the pump is not working (how do I check for sure) as there is hot water is in the cylinder but not being pumped around the house. Is there anything else I should check or look at before calling in someone professional?
Boiler (Baxi back boiler) is working, pilot light on and hot water still being supplied. Boiler has been regulary serviced.
