Alpha 280E Combi keeps cutting out

Hi, I've got an Alpha 280E combi boiler. When I turn on CH, it fires up for about a minute and then cuts out, doing this intermittently so the rads are only lukewarm.

The hot water is the same - hot and cold as burner fires up only for a few minutes instead of contunuously.

Sometimes the burner works continuosly, but less ans less. I've got the temp controls on maximum.

Any help appreciated. Any decent plumbers in LEicester area??
