Alpha 280p boiler hot water noise

Hi could someone please help me. I have changed the diverter valve today on my alpha 280p boiler and when i turn the hot water tap of it makes a loud clunking sound. I dont think it is water hammer as I have fitted a pressure reducing valve on the mains supply and set to 2 Bar. Help on his issue would be greatly appreciated.
