Alpha 280p not working

Hi,

I've got an Alpha 280p that has suddenly stopped working. Everything seems fine , but the gas matrix won't light. The lights all light up,as normal, no flashing etc, I have a pilot light and you can hear the boiler click when you turn the hot tap on.

Neither the heating or hot water work, but both click when turned on.

Any ideas what might be the issue? I'm getting it replaced in a few weeks but I obviously need hot water etc!
