Alpha Boiler - Intermittent hot water

Hi,

The hot water from my Alpha CD32C boiler is fluctuating between hot and cold, generally starting off hot then turning to cold. I have noticed that if i reduce the flow it seems to heat up again.

Any idea what this could be?

a) faulty Thermistor
b) Low Gas pressure/Rate - undersized gas pipe work
c) Scaled plate heat Exchanger
d) another as yet unidentified fault
