Hi all,

I'm away from home at the minute but my fiance has messaged to say that there is no hot water pressure.

The water coming out of the tap is hot.

From the only instruction manual I can find online the flow switch is ok as the water is coming out hot, so it's being instructed to light the flame and start producing hot water.

So is this a pump fault or are there more common faults that would be worth looking at first?

I get home late on the 21st so the timing is pretty bad haha

Any help is much appreciated (just found this place)

Dave!

The hot water comes out due to mains pressure , no pump is involved , so theire is either a blockage on a tap, a filter on the boiler may be blocked or the mains pressure may be reduced due to the temp . Is the cold pressure ok ???

It now appears that the hot water is working normally again.

Is the filter easy to remove and clean or will a new one be needed?

I never thought to ask if the cold water was running normally so we possibly had a water problem that affected the street.

Many thanks for the reply.

Dave!
