Can anybody answer this query?

My instructions are contradictory...

Which setting is used for Ze and which for PFC & which for PSSC?

FFS, just had a look at this tester on line - God have they ever made it difficult to understand

PFC & PSSC are the same test (L-E & L-N) just at different points

Not that that's much help, I guess!

To get Ze clip green lead to diconected earth, probe neg and phase set meter to LOOP L-E press start . This gives Ze

To get PEFC reconect earth to cu do the same as above then press display this gives you your PEFC

To get PSCC turn meter to LOOP L-N do as above first reading is Zl-n press display and get your PSCC

PFC = highest reading

job done

Cheers. As noz says, the instrucciones are not straight-forward. Neither is the kit.

Turn the dial to the IR setting & the display reads "Iso"......

Ive proberbly seen about 5 up here in stockport Secure....most others use Meggers now but i was lucky as one day i was in my wholesalers on hillgate and the Alphatek rep was in...so i collard him in the car park to show me the ins and outs of my Installtest.
