Alternative to Antisulfat??????????????

As per the title really. I've treated the damp with DryZone and want to put a liquid damp proof membrane on to the brick before rendering and finishing. I've watched a video on Youtube in which a guy uses Antisulfat but I can't find it for sale in the UK. I've seen a 'damp proof membrane liquid' at Wickes will this do the same thing, or is it, as my dad would say, 'bat ****'!?
