Hi,
:(
My house was built by Varnie :( in 1970 and has double glazed alumium frame windows which have condensation. The black rubber seals have shrunk with age and I would like to understand how the window panes are disassembled and assembled so that I can remove the glass, clean it and refit it. I would appreciate any guidance.

Use a blunt tool to remove the rubber beading on the inside all round then go outside, the glass unit should fall back slightly and unhook the beading bar from the front then the glass unit should come out. Use a block of wood with a gentle tap with a hammer when putting rubber beading back in. Don't do this on your own.
