Am I being mugged off by this Price?

Just been quoted £2250.00 for Plastering Labour only for the following;
Room 1 10 x 10
Room 2 10.6 x 7.6
Room 3 17.6 x 10.2
This includes Ceilings and the biggest one is Artexed. Some walls have got patches where plaster has blown, about 6 in all.
Does the above price sound reasonable ? Its 15 "sections" in all, 12 walls and 3 Ceilings so £150 each section? What do you.guys think ?

Thanks. Plaster said Artex would need bonding.

that’s too big a ceiling for that.
it needs overboarding .
