Average Cost m2

Hi

Looking for some expected plastering costs per m2. Standard detached house, 1960s,, artex ceilings, plastered walls, all scrapped and wall paper free. New widows installed plaster board finished.

I'd be looking at pink grit applied, bonding, beads, scrim, 2 plaster coat to paint finish

Or cost per room

Largest room is...Ceiling 19m2, 4 walls (12, 12, 10, 10m2)

Approx £4-500 per room depending on location, wall ceiling heights etc.
You won't get a more accurate price till you get estimates.

Getting Quoted £17-20 m2 living room works out about £1300 Ceiling 19m2 Walls 4.8 x 2.5 (x2) and 3.9 x 2.5 (x2) total 63m2
