Hello, I have agreed terms for a nice industrial unit, the unit has a 2 story office built inside. But i dont need so much space for an office. therefore i am planning to put a walk in fridge (5m x 7m) in the downstairs section and utilise the upstairs as an office. Are there any problems regarding building regs with me doing this? there is ample space for the fridge, i should have a 3 meter gap around the fridge. It has breeze block walls and concrete floor and ceiling. I cant see any problems but i aint no expert, can you please give your opinions on this matter.
