Hamas doesn't want a 2 state solution, and is working towards a 1 state solution, with Israel wiped off the Map, and Jews erased.
The International Court of Justice is unlikely to find against Israel, it's only the 2nd time a genocide case has ever been brought against another country, it's a very weak case with much of SA's evidence based on unfounded comments by people not directly linked to the Govt, ie not Govt policy. Any final verdict is going to take a very long time.
The worrying aspect is that SA have requested the court indicate 'provisional measures' to protect the rights invoked etc etc etc.
That could mean the ICJ could enforce a ceasefire on Israel and Israel would be bound by International Law to honour the ceasefire.
Hamas of course are not a full member of the UN so would not be bound by the ceasefire. That will prove interesting.
Although SA may have brought the case, SA is simply being played by Russia and Iran.
It's a dirty sh1tty world out there, and an awful lot of people are being played for suckers, some people are genuinely taking their perspective from Facebook. Amazing.
That is certainly the story that Israel wants to convey, but it is the opposite of what has been happening for over 70 years, and is happening today..
I guess you find it easy to write lies.

I don't recall a 2 month ceasefire.
The bombs alone didn't win the war. Being hammered by the US and losing nearly all their fleet, the impending blockade, threats for invasion and Russian invasion all contributed.
The atom bombs were the straw that broke the camels back.
No point feeding them facts - it only confuses them.
