GSR would be surplus to requirements [ from where I'm standing they're not doing much anyway] and if the boiler and pipework is installed correctly and passes recognised checks/tests by a third party like the LABC then why would it matter who fitted it. Its common knowledge that for £200-£300 cash RGIs are signing off plenty of installs by non RGIs but maybe you don't consider that illegal
