What shocked me was that the dress cost so much and was not at all flattering. In any areas.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Laying into women on politics or politics adjacent based on clothing is routine amongst the tabloid press. I agree it's pointless and petty, but that's how some like to roll.So the dress was too expensive and didn’t fit anyway. Wtf has that do with policy?
Sadly misogyny is never far below the surface and pops it's ugly head up repeatedly...Laying into women on politics or politics adjacent based on clothing is routine amongst the tabloid press. I agree it's pointless and petty, but that's how some like to roll.

in fairness she would have made a packet as a an electric vehicle charging network director when the Clean Air Zone's were being rolled out, in cities like manchester - total coincidence Andy was mayor, no connection whatsoever
The scheme that never actually came into action as it was paused and then scrapped by said husband...Ah - that will be the company she joined 7 years after her husband became mayor of a city which does not charge drivers for using clean air zones, no matter what they drive, and therefore does not incent people to buy EVs.
Okay, okay. We all know wife beating is practically the national sport but will you give it a rest about bloody Iceland.Sadly misogyny is never far below the surface and pops it's ugly head up repeatedly...

I’m not even going to look at that. Poor Icelandic women being bashed over the head for fun! Takes all sorts I suppose.Ah, the op raises his head when it is pointed out the topic is misogynistic
Guess it's time for...

You buy clothes for a purpose. Work clothes for protection, casual clothes to relax in. Glad rags to look really smart in.
Whether you buy Primark or Designer, you want it to fit and look good.
That didn't, pure and simple.
And for somebody to sell something at that price point that does not fulfill its basic brief is shocking.
