Ann Widdecombe murder investigation

It’s funny that when a white British male is suspected, the details are put out instantly.

Because this country is rotten with people who if they thought she'd been killed by someone not white British they'd be burning down the nearest asylum seeker hostel.

According to a report on the news

Farage has had over 600 death threats ??
I wonder how long that is over and what the number is for other prominent politicians.

Sadiq khan got 240 threats in three months for example. Although perhaps not all we're death threats.

Khan was assessed as being at higher risk than Farage by the police, he gets it from ISIS and the far right. Farage doesn't have to worry as much about one of those.

You are only allowed to mention the skin colour 'white'. Everything else would be classed as a racist remark!

Who? As far as I know Farage was assessed as significant risk but not as much as the highest tier. But he refused that and apparently has private security that he pays for.

Khan was assessed as being at much greater risk and so gets more protection.

So khan gets tax payer funded protection

Farage does not and if he did get tax payer funded protection

You and several others in here would complain it was a waste of tax payers money ( lol)

Because ultimately you are probably happy that farage is in fear for his safety

Yes exactly

According to his news, brexit would bring sunny uplands and a utopian UK...

Any wonder a few people get a bit annoyed when it all turned out to be the predicted Unicorn droppings? ;)

Who won't be armed.

Same level as the PM and HMKCIII I believe.

Protection against risks not at all exacerbated by people hating or dehumanising him for his religion, or ethnicity, or skin colour, on forums like this.

Farage was offered it and rejected it.

I don't like Farage and think the country would be better off without him in it or in our politics. But I also think that he does need protection and I find it very odd that he rejected it.

Theres nothing stopping you having police and private security so it's really odd that he didn't want to have police officers following him around routinely for his protection.

Maybe he thought the risk was actually quite small, and that he could get political benefits from publicly saying he needed to pay privately.
