Anti-rust metal paint

Hi,
I need to repaint the exterior (metal) window frames. There is some rust where the existing paint is flaking and I'm considering a) Hammerite direct to rust metal paint (protects for up to 5 years ) or b) the slightly cheaper Ronseal no rust metal paint (6 year anti-rust protection).

Anyone know if there's a difference in performance?
