hi all so whats the difference between green nissan Ethylene glycol antifreeze and blue comma Ethylene glycol antifreeze just topped up with blue did not realise it was green nissan used will it do any harm?

You should not normally mix antifreeze types, and the colour denotes different types. However, standard blue ethylene glycol may be the same as nissan green (just some manufacturers use different dyes)
Red or orange antifreeze is completely different as it has OAT (organic additive technology). Blue and red do not mix and you can end up with this:

Check yours daily and any sign of sludge forming, get it swapped.
