Ants

I recently found an ants nest underneath some flags directly outside the conservatory doors. I dealt with the ants by the way of hot water and ant powder which killed off the nest however, i have started noticing dead ants or dying ants inside the conservatory near the doors. I have no idea where they are coming from, has anyone any ideas?

they'll be kamikaze ants, throwing themselves at you with their last dying breath.
