Any good boiler engineers in Coventry area?

I'm having problems with my Saunier Duval boiler, with the central heating playing up, it appears to be the diverter valve, as sometimes the central heating will work, and some days the boiler fires for 10 seconds then goes off again and this repeats itself for a while, with no hot rads.

The flow pipe gets roasting hot, as does the pump, upto the diverter valve mechanism. However the pipes exiting this are cold.

I'd like someone to come out and have a look. I dont want to call anyone from yellow pages, dont want a cowboy either. Ar their any experienced saunier duval engineers here? I'm based ion coventry.
