that is what i was thinking just put a bid on it, not sure the angle is coerect, its made by brown & sharp, its 3" high & 5" long

However, I think its a gauge for measuring the ground angle of planing machines.

the handle makes it look more than a gauge and more like a honing device, if it was for sharpening planing machines blades would it not take two or more at a time, or may be not!
