Any ideal what this is in my under ground drain waste pipe ?

Moved in to property a year ago and every few months the toliet and bath back up.Lift up man hole cover out side bathroom its full up there is a second manhole inspection cover 15 feet furhter on where it goes into neirbours empty .

Either a damaged section of pipework (broken/displaced joint/sagged etc) or inappropriate stuff being flushed away - baby wipes/we wipes/nappies etc

If its blocking close to the first chamber then, once the chamber is clear check the benching to ensure that waste isn't catching before it enters the pipe

Seems you need a CCTV camera to inspect the pipe been he two inspection chambers to see what is causing it to block so often!

I blame the 6 litre flush and wipes.
