any york fitness mechanics on here,,,???

hello,,,i have a york exercise bike c750,,,one of the best bikes york ever made,,,the bike was discontinued about 13 years ago so i cant lay my hands on a new resistance motor from york fitness as they are no longer stocked,,,i know this is a longshot but thought id see if there are any york engineers on here who could advise which other machines use the same motor or where i might find one,,,or whether they can be repaired etc,,,if york sold a bike now of simillar quality id just buy a new one...for now i just have a small piece of wood in between the frame and the magnets to create the exact resistancei need but it doesnt look very good...
