Anybody help me ID a fork?

Panty O's? how am i going to water me garden with panty o's. O's Garden o's!You know green and long with water coming out the end
 
One of my faves has to be the mastermind sketch, answering the next question with the previous one's answer.

Oh, and the L.O. F U N E M N X? S, V F M N X sketch was funny, too.

The marks are not true hall marks but makers marks and indicate a plated
item so the value of the fork I'm afraid is nil.

But can he age it? The fact it is worthless is somewhat secondary to its age. Is it 40 years old (like the house) or is it more?
