Anyone able to help me trouble shoot this issue? Septic tank..

I've got a kingspan bio disc 7yo and the motor is not turning.

I've just taken a multimeter to the box within the tank that then feeds the motor and it is not receiving power..

The board has not tripped so I trust that it must be something to do with this unit within the house?

is there any further tests that I should do prior to arranging a call out?

Is the motor meant to rotate all the time? Have you checked for dc as well as ac?
Power to the unit pictured- is it via a 13A plug or an fcu? Have you checked the fuse in whichever, have you checked that the fcu/13a socket is live? (as in checked with your meter, not just assumed that cos the breaker is in there is power)
