Anyone got a spare socket 754 motherboard?

Not really bothered what brand as long as socket 754.

Trying to repair Father in Laws PC, and he cant really afford to replace the whole lot.

guess he will have to.

cost of a "pint" and postage will it not be cheaper to buy a new one? and if he is your father in law, why don't you buy it?
 
40 quid to buy a new one, so if someone had a spare lying around that was never going to be used again it would be worth it.

And to answer your second question, for the time it will take me to reinstall XP onto the PC, transfer all of his docs settings and software etc i think me having to pay for the motherboard as well is a bit much really!
