Anyone got experience on an alpha 500?

Hi guys I've never seen one of these before and came to an irate customer with one that keeps firing up the heating in the middle of the night. No frost stat, everything working as it should atm, programmer, valve etc. Just looking for folks experience on them please.
 
Oh hang on full scale read of the manual and it actually says it does have a frost stat......don't mention where it is and what it looks like and it don't exsist on the parts list or wiring diagram, so I am relying on you guys....pressure is on I can't imagine many of these beasts floating around.
 
I dont specifically know about this model but most modern boilers just use the flow NTC sensor as the temperature determining device to activate the frost protection.

The best ones first activate just the pump if it goes below about 5*C and then the burner if it goes below 3*C
