Anyone know what this gadget is?

Can make out 'Huawei' on it plus so other writing that is too small to see even with a magnifying glass

and it seems to have a tiny LCD screen on it. It’s totally flat I presume and chargrs up by the two prongs on the end of it. Found it while walking the dog this morning. Can’t find any images to match on the internet.

I've got one of those.
The strap is broken so I just pop it into my pocket and use it as a watch, it saves me having to get my phone out to look at the time.
