anyone used perma white?

hi to all,

i'm about to do my shower room. anyone used perma white over vinyl silk? do i need to do anything in particular to prep surface? i thought id better ask before i start to avoid surprises

I have not used perma white however it is gauranteed for 5 years. Though i would use there perma white eggshell one in your circumstances. Also, i personally would rub down your vinyl silk prior to overcoating & wash down any mould prior to rubbing down and painting. here's a link for further info http://www.zinsser.com/PDF/TDB/PermaWhite.pdf
