Anyone used Sealfix ?

Never heard of it but it looks very much like Acrypol which is a resin based product with fibres mixed in.
It can certainly work quite well, as a temporary repair.
However, you are spending £13 that could go towards replacing the pipe, which you will probably end up doing.
