Anyway to add 2 way switch to this

Hi top the landing switch just switches the landing light on but the downstairs can switch both downstairs with one switch and upstairs with the other, no way to add any extra wiring as no access bar at switches, is it possible to have upstairs switch the downstairs lights on. Photos of switches, downstairs switch first, upstairs switch second ?

No, not without another cable run between the two switches.

You might be able to have one switch up and one switch down operating both lights at once IF they are both on the same circuit/fuse/MBC.
